Big Karma is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of circumstance and ability. Because of the very nature of our charge — creating video games and family entertainment about people with disabilities — we are strongly focused on making accessibility for people with disabilities the best experience it can be.

Our goal is to adhere as closely as possible to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0, Level AA), published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). Those guidelines are our target — and we are aware that our aim may not always be a bullseye — though our intention is always to excel in this arena.

Conformance with these guidelines will help make the web more user friendly to everyone. Whilst Big Karma strives to adhere to the guidelines and standards for accessibility, it is not always possible to do so in all areas of the website, but we are currently working to achieve our lofty goal.

We appreciate your patience and awareness that due to the dynamic nature of our website, minor issues may occasionally occur as it is updated regularly. We are continually seeking out solutions that will bring all areas of the site up to the same level of overall web accessibility.

For instance, from time to time, our site may feature a sizzle video. This creative material is designed to showcase our intellectual property from a wholly emotional perspective. As such, it features music, lyrics, and quick-cut video images to tell the story. We realize the limitations of this type of media and will continue to provide updates as technical tools emerge that better communicates the messaging and entertainment value — so that people with disabilities feel a part of the content. This is our sincere intent, but there are shortcomings at this time, due to the start-up nature of our company.

Though our site has been checked and vetted for accuracy, reliability, and functionality, we do, however, acknowledge that our site can always be improved through thoughtful suggestions.
