User Policy (Beta)

Thank you for playing Phenoms Turf Ball (WIP)! This is a beta version, which means things may change, break, or reset. By playing, you agree to the following rules and expectations.

1. Beta Status

  • This game is in active development.

  • Bugs, crashes, missing features, and balance issues are expected.

  • Game progress, accounts, or data may be reset or wiped at any time.

  • Features may change or be removed without notice.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be old enough to use Discord and comply with Discord’s Terms of Service.

  • By playing, you confirm that you are legally allowed to do so in your country.

3. Fair Play

Please play fairly and respectfully:

  • No cheating, hacking, exploits, bots, or unauthorized mods.

  • No attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the game.

  • No impersonation of developers, moderators, or other players.

If you find a bug or exploit, we encourage you to report it instead of abusing it.

4. Behavior & Conduct

When playing with others or interacting via Discord:

  • Be respectful and inclusive.

  • No harassment, hate speech, threats, or abusive behavior.

  • No spamming, scamming, or sharing malicious links.

  • Follow Discord’s Community Guidelines at all times.

We reserve the right to remove access to the game or Discord without warning if behavior is harmful to others or the community.

5. Friends & Multiplayer

  • You are responsible for who you invite to play with you.

  • Gameplay with friends is at your own discretion and risk.

  • We are not responsible for disputes, losses, or conflicts between players.

6. User Content

If you share feedback, suggestions, screenshots, videos, or messages:

  • You grant us permission to use this content to improve, promote, or showcase the game.

  • Do not share content you don’t own or have rights to.

7. Data & Privacy

  • We may collect basic technical and gameplay data to improve the game.

  • We do not guarantee permanent storage of any data during beta.

  • Do not share personal or sensitive information in chat or gameplay.

8. Availability & Termination

  • Access to the beta may be limited, paused, or ended at any time.

  • We may suspend or ban users who violate this policy.

  • We are not obligated to provide continued access to the beta.

9. No Warranties

  • The game is provided “as is” during beta.

  • We make no guarantees about uptime, performance, or availability.

  • Play at your own risk.

10. Changes to This Policy

This User Policy may be updated during the beta. Continued play after changes means you accept the updated policy.
